The Gamer Agency assists Stadium owners and major cities to celebrate and build esports experiences.
The Gamer Agency provides services to The Quicken Loans Arena, a sports and entertainment arena located in Cleveland, Ohio with heavy interest in the esports audience/economy. The Q Arena is home to the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, AHL Lake Erie Monsters and the AFL Cleveland Gladiators and the best entertainment in the region. They host approximately 200 events each year welcoming two million guests to sporting events, concerts and family shows. Seating capacity is 20,652 with additional VIP rooms that can accommodate approximately 200 guests.

Jamie King, Head of Studio Production
Jamie King is a legendary video game producer and creator of interactive entertainment. In 1995 Jamie launched Chrome, a music video production company representing twelve directors. In 1996, he joined BMG Interactive to work on video games before moving to New York in 1997 and joining Take Two Interactive as a producer.
During his tenure at Take Two, he co-founded Rockstar Games, and held the title of VP of Development for Rockstar and Director of Development for Take Two. Between 1997 and 2006, Jamie worked on the design, production and publishing of 80+ video games across all platforms. Most notable games and franchises include Grand Theft Auto, Max Payne, Midnight Club, Bully, Warriors and Red Dead. As a co-founder of Rockstar Games, Jamie was awarded a group Bafta for his lifetime achievement in video games.
In 2007, Jamie raised slate financing for 4mm Games, acting as Chief Creative Officer, developing Def Jam Rapstar for next-gen consoles, Dog Show Friends for Facebook and several F2P action/sports titles running on Unity. Since 2012, Jamie has been an independent contractor, focused on mobile apps & games, Esports and lifestyle cultural marketing. Specializing in strategy, creative and growth hacking, Jamie collaborates with various game studios, technologists, and cultural marketing groups. Jamie’s clients have included SA Studios Global, The Gamer Agency, Umbro, Echelon Software and L+R.
Scott Debson, Agency General Manager
Scott has spent 15 years at the intersection of marketing, technology, and entertainment. Scott is Managing Partner at SA Studios Global (SA), innovators in cultural marketing and branding. Scott has worked on marketing strategy and execution for a variety of clients across product and service verticals, including PepsiCo, T-Mobile, Warner Brothers, The Weinstein Company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, X-Box and Major League Soccer.
Before co-founding SA, Scott was General Manager for Zingy, at the time, the largest mobile content company in the US, overseeing a content portfolio of more than 450 licenses and over $200M in Retail Revenue. Scott spearheaded Zingy’s original content studio working with properties including 50 Cent, Kanye West and Paramount Pictures, launching the first made for a mobile reality show, which aired exclusively on Sprint.
In 2001 Scott co-founded, not13, one of the first mobile marketing and content companies in the UK and US. not13 launched the world’s first advertising supported SMS (text message) lottery, and in 2002, the first cross-carrier short code in the US in partnership with Warner Music Group. Scott is a Graduate of Boston University’s School of Management and lives in New York with his wife and two children.
John Hancock, Executive Director of Studio Operations
After working in radio, John Hancock began recording in 1986 as an assistant at Suzzane Ciani’s (Private Music/BMG) Ciani Musica going on to work as a producer and engineer with ABC and NBC radio networks before finding a home at Westwood One. John was responsible for taking WW1’s reputation for live mobile recording back into the studio and was a forerunner of the “unplugged” performances. He was awarded Gold Plaques from Polygram and Capital records for his acoustic contributions for The Meatpuppets and Radiohead releases. John also worked with Sony to help develop youth programming and launch the SW radio networks (now Launch/ Yahoo). In 1995, John formed Independence Productions and found a niche in streaming media and video production. His past clients include Vice, truTV, Sonicnet, LiveNation, SFX, BMG Label group, Comedy Central, MTV, AOL, Getmusic.com, A&E’s Live by Request, Woodstock.com, Sirius XM Radio, RollingStone.com, RealNetworks – Rhapsody, and Barnes & Noble. He has recorded and broadcasted everything from major live events such as Woodstock and the Tibetan Freedom Concerts to intimate solo performances.
Jejuan Guillory, Head of Branded Content & Original Programming
As an Emmy-winning Producer, Jejuan lead production and current programming at Defy Media for the Screen Junkies Plus subscription service. He oversaw a slate of over 14 original series including “What’s in The Box” (hosted by Kevin Smith), and “Pitch Off” (hosted by Dog Benson). Jejuan also produced custom brand content at Defy for global brands such as FIAT, Scion, and Gillette. Before Defy, Jejuan lead TV development at Stiletto Television where they produced several docu-series for Discovery Communications including “Treehouse Masters” on Animal Planet. Jejuan has also served as a producer on several tv series featured on MTV, Spike and Fox. As a casting producer, his credits include “The Bachelor” (ABC), “Tool Academy” (VH1), CW’s “Stylista”, and MTV’s “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF.” As a writer, Jejuan’s serial crime drama script “Crazy Charlie” was chosen for the 2016 Producers Guild Diversity program which led to his signing with Lotus Entertainment. Jejuan began his work in television as an assistant to Director and Executive Producer Peter Berg, on NBC’s “Friday Night Lights.”
Tom Dragisics, Technical Director
Tom Dragisics is a Technical Director specializing in live Sports and eSports events. He started his career in film production before transitioning to the world of live production. After being professionally trained, by some of New York City’s lead Technical Directors, he has found great success working for The Gamer Agency, SNY, Al Jazeera America, Amazon, Yahoo, and Aol.
JW Crump, Writer
J. W. Crump is a North Carolina-born comedy writer and performer, now working in New York for the past six years. Crump was named the Peoples Improv Theater’s “Rookie of the Year” and “Best Social Media Content Creator.” His web series “Kylie’s Beauty Tips” garnered over one million views on Facebook. In 2016, his comedy sketches were featured in the NBC Scene Showcase (they were about porn). Crump’s hit live show, Gas Station Horror, mixes b-horror movies with high-level improvisation, and will reach 50 performances in May 2017.
Bryce Bermingham, Production Manager
After a lifetime in theater, a dozen years in film, 5 years of event execution with one of the world’s leading PR firms, Bryce is putting his logistical talents to use as the production manager for The Gamer Agency. Bryce spun childhood as a tournament martial artist into a full-time career in theater and film, picking up a BFA and MFA in Musical Theatre along the way. After putting his performing career to bed, Bryce has been an active fight director, instructor and stunt coordinator based out of NYC. In between shooting schedules, Bryce was the “Director of Logistics” for Edelman PR’s Brand Experience division, planning and executing for product launches and events for clients such as MSFT, Unilever, Starbucks and Humana. Drawing elements from his artistic past to logistical present, along with a healthy love of video games, Bryce aims for excellence in all things Esports, from slick broadcasts to teams that love what they do and love working together.
Ali Robinson, Creative Services Director
Firmly driven by the absolute belief that nothing is too serious or too ridiculous, Ali Robinson brings a diversified background in marketing, distribution, and experiential production to the Creative Services team. A UGA alum and proud Bulldog, she started her career producing hockey and skating events before joining one of the Top Five financial services firms in the country as a Marketing Manager. A move to New York and a transition to the entertainment industry led to turns at The Weinstein Company, Relativity Media, and EuropaCorp USA specializing in Television and Digital Distribution. Additionally, she is one of the co-founders of StoryForward NYC, a group dedicated to supporting storytellers across all backgrounds and artistic disciplines. She loves incorporating her sports, entertainment, and production background to be on the cutting edge of the broadcast and esports industry.
Andrew Coury, Director of Photography
Working with brands such as The Shark Group, Glenlivet, The New Yorker Hotel, National Grid, Barry University, Make-A-Wish and Waterhouse press have allowed Andrew to create branded video content with both a strong narrative and impactful from a marketing perspective. Specializing in production workflows and efficient product delivery, he has launched 2 New York-based production companies, Direct Narrative and Coury Creations, and he continually embarks on entrepreneurial startups. His first startup was a social music service, where he oversaw a marketing team who actively grew a community to over 14 million unique monthly visitors. Andrew then shifted to photography and video production, where he has focused on branded commercial content, music videos, and feature length documentary films. “Beer Boom” is his most recent project underway, a feature doc about the rapid growth of the craft beer industry in NYC.
Justin Orlando, Director
Using skills and abilities amassed from over a decade of live news, sports, and entertainment experience, Justin Orlando now levels up as TGA’s Studio Director. No stranger to a control room, he has recently spent his time Directing, TD’ing or AD’ing for news outlets such as Yahoo! Finance, AJAM, or MLB Network among others. Before that he held various technical positions for CNBC and ABC’s Good Morning America. And all the while, he curated an eclectic career as an EVS/Replay Operator where he has worked on projects such as the USTA’s U.S. Open, ABC’s “The Chew,” NBC Sports, Fox Sports, and the CBS Sports Network.
Dan Devine, Senior Post Specialist & Motion Graphics Designer
Native New Yorker, Devine from an early age has been inspired by the rich art and culture that inhabits NYC. Having always been interested in story, filmmaking, and design, his interest and influences led him to the School of Visual arts where he honed his creator chops. Before he could even finish his 4-year course at SVA, Devine found himself working for various production companies. From startups, freelance directing, to top-tier agencies, Devine has been just about everywhere you can in NYC post production. Devine is an expert Generalist in the world of video and post-production. His skill sets include editorial, motion design, graphic design, 3D design, compositing, directing, lighting, photography, sound design, concepting and more.
Jennifer “Narz” Vargas, Social Media Producer
Jennifer “Narz” Vargas is CEO/Founder of video game marketing startup GGVogue as well as a veteran in the video game journalism industry working with news sites such as Game Skinny, Fatal1ty, Game Tyrant, and Hip Hop Gamer. She worked as a brand ambassador for Ubisoft, WarGaming, and Bethesda and partnered with esports giants ESL, 2K,Twitch and Riot Games to produce communities events and after parties in New York City. Featured on Washington Post, Discovery Channel, Pax Prime Panel, nominated Hispanic Coalition 40 Under 40 in 2014 and will be on GaymerX panel on building communities on the east coast.
Noel Fogelman, Graphics/3-Play Playback Op
A five-time Emmy Award winner, Noel Fogelman covered a variety of sports at ESPN, working the Stanley Cup Final, NBA Finals and World Series broadcast, then focusing exclusively on baseball at the MLB Network. Noel shifted to news, leading the graphics operator team at Al Jazeera and freelancing at FOX News.
Jason Halter, Studio Tech
Jason currently serves as the Studio Tech/A2, as well as being a resident Jack of All Trades. Previously, he spent the last 10 years working nearly every conceivable position for the in-house video production unit at a regional university in South Georgia, initially as a student assistant, then hired as the full-time broadcast director, upon graduation.
Emily Rosario, Lightings/Studio Tech
She is currently in charge of Lighting an entire studio set, from rigging, placement, cues to pi-zazz. Her past experience includes producer, editor, and camera operator for MLB Network, NBCSN, FC Barcelona, United Healthcare, Delta, and the list goes on. She has been also been on-air talent for her track and field athleticism on ESPN’s Battlefrog League Series and New Balance. Time to time, she works on her first music album as singer, songwriter and guitar player.
Robert Huntley, Camera Op/Field Producer
“Yeah I can do that.” Robert J. Huntley has spent the last 16 years building an extensive and eclectic production skill set. Moving through the media landscape, from the sets of feature films to the studios of major news outlets, Robert is constantly chasing new and better ways to help tell stories.
Kelvin Rodriguez, Graphic Designer
Kelvin Rodriguez has a background in animation and game development. Shortly after high school his animation self-portrait “Woah” was nominated for best experimental film in the Tribeca Film Festival and featured on PBS’s “Our cameras our stories” which was given the Robert F Kennedy Journalism Award. He also holds a BA in Computer animation and interactive media from SUNY FIT where he developed a short indie game “Galactic Ranger” and had instructed summer intensive animation courses to high school students at Downtown Community Television.
